Sometimes you just have to go and see what's in your backyard. Even if that means driving a couple of hundred miles to the backyard. I'm a huge fan of rural and urban decay from a photographic standpoint. It's an ongoing reminder that even the structures we raise with the intent of permanence can, and will, eventually succumb to time. I also take photos of more picturesque things :)
